This role involves managing a team of marketing professionals, overseeing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy. This position is in-office at our Houston location.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Define target audiences and customer segments for effective targeting.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback.Implement strategy, set timelines, and produce results.Campaign Management:Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Manage budgets and allocate resources for marketing initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Brand Management:Drive brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy.Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials and platforms.Develop and maintain brand guidelines.Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation.Digital Marketing:Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.Collaboration:Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Foster strong cross-functional relationships.Data Analysis:Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.Use data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights.Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all marketing practices.Qualifications:Skills:Effective Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding, assigning tasks, and overseeing a team's performance.Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering high-quality results within specified timeframes.Marketing Expertise: Possesses a deep understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels, staying current with industry trends.Communication and Organization: Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.Innovation and Adaptability: Exhibits creative thinking, adapts easily to changes, and fosters innovation in marketing strategies.Budget Management: Skilled in budget management and financial acumen.Professionalism: Exercises sound professional judgment and discretion in decision-making.Analytical Thinking: Utilizes analytical skills to forecast trends and proactively identify challenges.Technological Awareness: Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in areas such as graphic design, web design, social media advertising, email and text marketing, and production.Social Media Proficiency: Capable of navigating and leveraging various social media platforms effectively.Creativity: Highly creative, able to identify and engage target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience with content creation and graphic design.Working knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite, MailChimp, and WordPress.Driver’s License and reliable transportation.Full-Time Benefits:401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid holidays…and moreSalary:

This role requires occasional travel for industry events, client meetings, and team coordination efforts. Candidates should be prepared to represent the company at these events and ensure the marketing team is aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
