Job Description: Poshmark is looking for an experienced Director of Product Design with exceptional design, communication and people management skills. This leader will lead a team of product designers who work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, Marketing, Community teams to ensure our products and features benefit our buyers and sellers to the highest potential. This director will guide and inspire a team of product designers and take Poshmark’s product design to the next level to drive business impact. Additionally, the director will work with product leadership to shape the company product strategy and roadmap. For this role, the candidate is expected to utilize their full range of people management skills, product strategy, product design, interaction design and visual design skills. This role reports directly to the VP, Product Management and Product Design. Responsibilities:

Directly manage a team of design managers.Create an inspiring and collaborative design team culture where team members can thrive and grow as leaders and designers at all stages of their career.Develop a compelling design roadmap for the future of Poshmark that reinvents the experience for next generation users.Build an innovative design culture within the company.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on overall product strategy and land amazing products.Drive collaboration and vision across the company to build alignment on priorities leading to product design and execution.Shape the product roadmap, both short term and long-term.Design and scale the organization and equip the team for success in their goals.Foster a strong, collaborative design practice.Requirements:
