This role is accountable for building the go-to-market approach for critical Fantasy Sports initiatives and moments by designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, mobilizing stakeholders cross functionally while executing across all stages of the marketing funnel in a consumer-centric manner, ultimately responsible for exceeding business goals. Your focus will ensure there is a cohesive consumer experience throughout the entire customer journey.As the ideal candidate you will be a well-rounded marketer, strong brand steward, equally adept at partnering with creative teams as they are diving deep into the numbers with product growth and analytics. You have experience building and supporting large, full funnel consumer marketing initiatives, incorporating and leveraging data and insight into strategy and briefs to deliver attributable marketing programs. You thrive in “white space” with a strong go-getter mentality. You'll also have strong partnership skills working with product, partnerships, growth, creative, marketing, brand, legal, regulatory and operations.What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Fantasy Sports Integrated Marketing

Work closely with a cross-functional team

Join multiple specialized leadership groups focused on Fantasy Sports as the marketing representative; responsible for representing marketing within the group

Partner with Marketing & Analytics teams to develop and evolve measurement frameworks

Partner with Research to deliver in-depth insights that power decision making

Orchestrate the cross-functional execution of assigned launches ensuring partners across the business have the context, tools and direction necessary to deliver against campaign objectives. Provide feedback for all stakeholders ensuring cohesion.

Drive long term consumer insights into Fantasy product, brand & marketing activities through management of proactive planning workflows, learning agenda development, and consistent updates to forward-looking Fantasy marketing plans.

Utilize data analyses, consumer insights, and your understanding of relevant macro trends to design messages that achieve intended objectives.

Institute ever-increasing standards of excellence writing creative briefs that direct internal creative teams and external agencies to bring business intent to life via marketing creative that increases asset conversion rates and brand activation tactics. This includes designing message tests & learning agendas for each assigned moment.

Drive Fantasy competitor research, creating valuable insights on how our Fantasy competitors market (both for new acquisitions and to existing customers) as well as any product changes or new game launches.

Learner’s Mindset: Synthesize launch performance results into compelling insights to drive continuous improvement. You have the technical know-how to be able to communicate to analyst teams desired evaluations in order to optimize & evolve future marketing planning.

What you'll Bring

7+ years of relevant experience in marketing or strategy roles.

Ability to thrive in either a people Manager or Individual Contributor role

Knowledge and experience with Fantasy Sports, integrated marketing & brand building in a consumer-focused industry preferred.

An analytical mind that is experienced with data and can operate in ambiguity and make decisions without all the information at hand.

Innovative and solutions-focused with experience driving new ideas and hypotheses that improve business metrics.

Obsessive about prospective & existing customer journeys and understanding the needs and behaviors that influence those journeys.

Positive, inclusive and collaborative partner and teammate; with a high level of initiative and ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups.

Strong storyteller with the skills to communicate highly complex ideas in a compelling, digestible manner to Senior Leadership.

Join Our Team We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,400.00 - $201,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
