About the Team:The Digital-Commerce team are masters of blending art and science. This team of Ecommerce, Paid Media, and CRM experts combines creative thinking and analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms. This team works closely with the Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way, and partners hand-in-hand with our ProdUX team to explore new areas of opportunity in our digital ecosystem.

This role will report directly to the VP of Digital-Commerce.

What you’ll do:

Generate & own reporting dashboards and derive related insights that enable the Digital-Commerce team (CRM, Paid Media, Ecomm) to act on immediate opportunities or mitigate risks

Own monthly and annual bottoms up sales forecasting and actualization process and collaborate with Digital leadership on this effort

Leverage full suite of analytics tools to create whole picture of customer journey, friction points, and opportunities

Deliver routine (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting that dives deep into business drivers including Paid Media/CRM marketing, site merchandising & content with a keen focus on CRO

Develop measurement unification framework between last touch and incrementality metrics and support incrementality proxy creation workflows

Formalize and standardize customer reporting metrics for key Ecommerce and digital marketing channels to inform on value to business and partner with analytics in predictive modeling on opportunities

Leverage segmentation, data visualization, and other analytics tactics to go beyond surface level reporting and drive impact

Identify opportunities to enable cross functional teams to self-serve with standardized reporting across suite of products

Perform cross-category and full-funnel analytics (including digital/CRM marketing, site experience, CRO, product) to provide insights that drive business decisions

Support creation of business cases for new functionality, projects, or initiatives based on historical data, trends, and modeling

Demonstrate an intense curiosity to learn the Rothy’s business, consumer, and market to strengthen insights

Market Basket Analysis- Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities by gaining insight on products that are being purchased together by our customers.

Oversee marketing tracking clean up and ongoing workflows, standardizing UTM creation and monitoring

Track and monitor customer trends and performance vs forecast, flagging areas of risk/opportunity in real time

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape and learn new tools and technologies as needed

Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis, web analytics, or e-commerce platforms are a plus, though not always required

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and regulations in the industry

A team leader with the ability to manage and grow your team’s capabilities

A passion for retail and have an innate understanding of customer shopping behavior

You have:

A bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is typically required

E-commerce Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce analysis, preferably within a retail or consumer goods industry. Paid Media exposure a plus

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Business Forecasting Exposure: Experience forecasting business trends (sales, traffic etc.)

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and querying databases

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Pay range:$98,000 - $115,000 annually

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
