Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Marketing , reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for Freeman’s | Hindman (F|H). Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.The SVP is charged with giving voice to the Freeman’s | Hindman Brand and is the primary driver of its continuing expansion by overseeing the planning, development, and execution of F|H marketing and communication initiatives. This role will drive growth, broaden brand awareness, and lead a diverse team of 10+ marketing professionals by overseeing the creation, development, and execution of all central marketing and communication efforts, including advertising, digital and content marketing, strategic partnerships, events, web, brand, and public relations.Develop And Execute Marketing Strategy Success by:Oversee the development/enhancement of digital advertising channels for enhanced audience engagement and marketing presence.Leverage digital tools and strategies to measure and optimize campaigns in real time to reach marketing goalsSetting the strategies of the marketing function(s) together with the CEO with outcomes directed to have a major impact on the organization's short- to mid-term results.Obtaining and allocating resources to achieve strategic and operational goals.Interacting with top management to adjust plans and strategies of the marketing function(s) in alignment with the Auction schedules.Setting objectives for employee growth and ensuring the development of direct reports.Leading marketing strategies to drive consignment acquisition, client engagement, and retention.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and product roadmaps.Overseeing the creative team in the development of compelling and effective marketing assets, including ad creatives, promotional materials, and brand assets.Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.Working closely with product teams to develop and execute product launch strategies.Craft compelling narratives and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.Advance the effort to increase the digital advertising space for the F|H brand using performance metrics and optimization data to drive ROI resultsUtilize digital advertising channels to improve consignment acquisition and drive salesLead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, traditional, etc.).Expand the utilization of data to enhance personalization strategy for client interactions and enhanced relationship management.Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess performance and optimize campaigns.Collaborate with Expertise, Trusts, Estates and Private Clients team, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners.Develop reporting methods across digital data channels to tracking consignments and salesFreeman’s | Hindman is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
