About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in the development and strategy of our products by working through the full product lifecycle. We are looking for someone who can balance innovative design thinking with effective execution, ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. You are an excellent communicator who will bring your creative, collaborative, energetic, and optimistic spirit with you to work every day. You enjoy and excel in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented and highly adaptive; you welcome challenges and embrace innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive and work alongside other members of the design team on the end-to-end design and research of our productsCreate low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, user personas, affinity maps, and other artifactsConduct user research and be the internal voice of our usersCollaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experienceLead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our design system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, consistent, and accessibleCommunicate your design ideas and prototypes to developers, stakeholders, and customersStay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, continuously introducing fresh, viable concepts to the team
What You Bring
