About the RoleThe Company is seeking a VP Marketing or CMO with a strong background in supplements, CPGs, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing. The role is focused on tactical execution and delivery, rather than purely strategic oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small, high-quality team in growing the company's rebranding health, wellness, and nutritional food supplements business, particularly targeting a female customer base. Experience in scaling a B2C/D2C company through the $5MM - $20M+ revenues range, with a willingness to invest in scaling to $100M+ in the future, is essential. The VP Marketing/CMO will have hands-on expertise in D2C digital marketplaces, eCommerce, SEM, performance media acquisition, and email/CRM retention, and will oversee the entire sales and marketing strategy across various channels, including 2nd/3rd party, B2B, affiliates, partnerships, online/offline, and PR.The ideal candidate will be passionate about consumer health, natural high-quality ingredients, and the mission of the company, which is focused on solving and preventing chronic health conditions. They must be adept at growth marketing strategy, hands-on technical with their marketing team, and capable of managing transformational change and major growth. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and develop a team of both internal and external resources, are required. The role demands a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the company's values.
