We're hiring a Principal Product Designer, who will report to our VP of UX / Brand, to help craft the future of Nift, specifically upgrading our consumer experience. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary designer to completely "glow-up" a consumer product that's already cash-flow positive (with an audience of 40M+) and how we show up in partner ecosystems like Tinder, Meetup, Afterpay, Tripadvisor, and more.

To succeed you'll need:

At least 10 years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a product design team for desktop or mobile, preferably in a leadership role, driving projectsAn outstanding portfolio, showcasing a table-stakes foundation of skills in typography, interaction, visual design, and ideationDemonstrated experience building usable, accessible, and modular designs that have scaled to millions of usersExperience designing for iterative testing and experimental features that continuously optimize for conversion and engagementExperience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.Experience working to develop and present the strategy and rationale for features.Experience developing prototypes as a means to explore and convey design solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBonus: prototyping skills

What you will do:

Consistently develop work that is not only stunning visually, it is simple, on-brand, and produces results that drive revenue growthIdeate, concept, sketch, wireframe, design, prototype, build and iterate on features that drive increased adoption, engagement, repeat usage and revenueWork cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and give feedback in planning and product development.Continuously seek feedback from users, peers, and the product team to inform design thinkingBe an unapologetic evangelist for the consumerMaintain exceptional attention to detail and best practicesUse and evolve our design system to craft flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.Work in close collaboration across teams to inform and improve our design and production processes to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience
