The client, rated A Excellent A.M. Best, is seeking a savvy executive with broad insurance acumen to lead the organization's marketing and sales efforts. This role, reporting to the President & CEO, will own the full marketing & sales function with ample opportunity to influence the direction of the organization.Position Summary:Responsible for managing and driving premium growth, profitability, retention, and ensuring clear communication with new, and existing, policyholders. Manage the sales staff in driving the execution of tactical and operational plans to meet the organization's business objectives.
