Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Direct contact with consumers to absorb perceptions of what their desired needs are to better market services that meet their requirementsDevelopment in managing accounts to understand the entire sales process from start to finishAssist the management team in decision-making, appointing office responsibilities, and regulating deadlines with the sales team daily and weeklyOversee future clientele acquisition and strategically approach clients with proposals on marketing tacticsSustain teams dynamic in ensuring that the marketing and sales campaign is sufficiently increasing revenue for our significant clients and consumer awareness is being metWork with team members in various divisions and develop guidelines and goals to enhance their opportunity for growthMarketing and Sales Assistant Requirements:
Strong initiative and organizationSolid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsCapable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment (independently as well as in a team)Excellent attention to detailCustomer service experience in person is a major plus
