Additionally,
t
he Congress and Marketing Operations, US Rare Disease role will contribute to
maintaining
Sanofi’s leadership in Rare Disease, driving Sanofi towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized customer experience. This individual will
be responsible for
orchestrating Sanofi’s participation in national and international conferences and managing marketing operations and systems to effectively implement a future-forward customer engagement model.
Each marketer will work closely within our GTM models.Main responsibilities:Across the Rare Disease Nation, we have launches over the next several years and this role will be expected to provide
operational
expertise
across all launches; one team, common goals, single mission.

will manage PRB
, congresses,
as well as
marketing operations
.
This position reports to the
Head
of Account Engagement
Marketing.Large scope of
responsibility
for 7 brands, 5 TAs and 3
additional
launches
.
Accepting
the complexity
and
willing to w
ork across two new and unique GTM models.
Implement and
m
aintain
marketing systems to drive efficiency, providing insights and analytics to
optimize
strategies
.
Plan and coordinate Sanofi’s presence at medical congresses, handling
logistics
, registration, travel, and staffing
.
Create event briefs, timelines, and budgets to guide congress activities and measure
performance.
Align congress investments and activities with Global and Medical teams, ensuring compliance with policies and
procedures.
Work closely with the Field & Congress Marketer on congress related activities.
Coordinate and
optimize
marketing operations and systems, including PRB, DPR, GEM, ABP, Veeva Media/
OneCRM
, Resource Express, and PEM
dashboard.
Serve as the primary point of contact for PRB coordination, ensuring
timely
submission, review, and approval of promotional
materials.
Manage project coordination for external events, support content curation, and collaborate with vendors and internal
stakeholders.
Collect and analyze data on congress performance and competitor activities,
preparing
reports for management review and
decision-making
.
About youDegree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences
.
3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience.
Successful
track record
of strategic decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear
precedent.
Experience working
in
large scale and complex multidisciplinary
teams.
Ability to travel
