We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager, A/E Design, who loves the challenge of delivering high quality, on-time and on (or under) budget, multidiscipline engineering and architecture design packages for complex manufacturing facility buildingsThis role is specifically focused on the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, and life science manufacturing sectorsProject Leadership: Take a leadership role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraintsMulti-Discipline Design: Manage multi-discipline engineering and architecture design aspects of manufacturing facility projects, coordinating teams to deliver high-quality solutionsRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all project designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including codes and standards specific to manufacturing facilitiesSoftware Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software including REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks for modeling, simulation, and designClient Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and develop solutions that align with their goalsQuality Assurance: Follow and maintain quality control processes to ensure that project designs meet the highest standards and client expectationsTeam Coordination: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of designs into larger projectsProject Management: Oversee project execution aspects, including project timelines, budgets, scopes, changes, and risk managementBusiness Development: Foster existing client relationships, identify opportunities for additional services, and participate in the preparation of project proposalsQualifications

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for candidates with:• A Professional Engineering (PE) license or a registered architect license is preferred.• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project design execution, particularly in multi-discipline engineering and architecture design for manufacturing facilities.• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance specific to manufacturing facilities, with the ability to ensure code adherence.• Familiar with industry-standard software, such as REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.• Willingness to travel for project requirements, including installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company-sponsored meetings, training, industry-related seminars, forums, and conventions.
