Transportation Project Manager

Let’s make it happen together.As a Transportation Project Manager, your days will be spent:Leading a project team to ensure quality workDeveloping, monitoring, and managing project budgetsManaging project scope, schedule, and staffingEffectively communicating with clientsEnsuring project-specific delivery requirements are metLeading project pursuits, securing contract work, negotiating contracts, and providing updates as requestedProviding mentorship, guidance, and development to staffDeveloping and maintaining client and stakeholder relationshipsCollaborating with colleagues and utilizing internal resources to continuously enhance your professional skillsAdministering JT’s Quality Assurance process for all projectsTo excel from day one, you’ll need:A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projectsA Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical competence in developing and managing project budgetsKnowledge of client standards and Quality Control processesA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferencesTo be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is locatedTo occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workBenefitsOur benefits are competitive, and so are we when it comes to hiring.
