This position is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of communication strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This individual aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop and execute, innovative content, programs and events.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Manage and expand professional and consistent branding for corporate marketing communications and ensure brand standards are enforced and optimized across all Kestra entities

Develop a collection of powerful patient, provider and payor stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care

Work collaboratively with the people operations team on strategic and innovative culture, recruiting and retention initiatives that highlight the uniqueness of Kestra and drive engagement, empowerment and performance

Drive national and targeted brand awareness, generate actionable leads and collaborate with the commercial sales organization to nurture leads into customers

Identify and execute our participation, content and promotional strategy for trade shows and conferences, ensuring that the right audiences are engaged, while optimizing the impact and spend

Develop and support internal communications and external speaking engagements, including meeting presentations, multi-media and talk tracks

Work collaboratively with the executive team on key investor and board presentations

Establish and implement the overall digital and social media strategy including the website, advertising and intranet

Review and collaborate on all marketing collateral to align with strategic messaging and brand standards

Write copy for marketing materials, reports, advertisements, press releases and other related materials. Manage external agencies as needed

Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Executive Team, Legal and Human Resources

Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Minimum 7 years direct experience in marketing and communications of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry

Superior communication skills, verbal and written

Exceptional presentation skills

Preferred:

Master's degree in business

Sales experience

Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and branding in domestic and international markets

Experience in start-up or high-growth companies

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Indoor open office environment

Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment

Extended hours when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage

Salary: $171,000-$213,000.
