The Opportunity

Adobe GenStudio team is seeking a visionary Head of Product Marketing to lead all product marketing activities including messaging, positioning, enablement, and go-to-market strategies to launch the product and build a meaningful business. You will work closely with product management, sales, consulting, pricing and support teams to drive awareness, adoption, usage, retention, and growth.

What you’ll Do

Craft compelling messaging and positioning documents that highlight GenStudio as a must-have tool for modern marketers looking to self-serve their content needs.

Drive go-to-market enablement for our global field organization for GA launch and post-GA releases.

Collaborate with product management to align on use-cases, roadmap and positioning.

Collaborate across functions and business units to build positive relationships required to enable upsell and cross-sell plays.

Oversee market intelligence, keep abreast of industry trends, and provide actionable insights to guide product development.

Build and manage relationships with key industry players, including customers, partners, and analysts.

Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing efforts.

Manage and mentor a small yet mighty team of product marketing managers

What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of product marketing experience in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successful product launches (i.e., taking a product from “0 to 1”)

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Experience in the creative software industry, particularly in AI and machine learning, is highly desirable.
