A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Primary Responsibilities:Enter and balance accounts payable transactionsMonitor credit card charges and coding for expensesAssist with various accounting team projectsSupport Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and VlookupsAssist Financial administrators with help as neededProcess accounts payable transactionsPost all invoices into the accounting systemHandle and resolve disputed invoicesRequest credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accountsPrepare vendor payments and create client invoicesAbout EquipmentShareAt EquipmentShare, we do things differently.
