This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a seasoned Product Marketing Leader to drive the messaging strategy and execution of our Customer Experience Portfolio. This role involves defining the value, packaging, and positioning of RingCentral’s offerings in customer experience enhancements, focusing on delivering exceptional, seamless interactions across all customer touchpoints.

This role is central to positioning RingCentral’s commitment to superior customer experiences across a rapidly expanding portfolio and release cadence, encompassing all aspects from initial engagement to ongoing support. You will craft compelling narratives that address customer pain points and showcase our solutions' unique benefits, establishing RingCentral as a leader in customer experience innovations. Your expertise will make you the go-to authority on market trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in customer experience management.

This role is highly visible and cross-functional, necessitating regular interactions with top-level executives, sales, product management, and other staff. Collaboration with external partners is also key. You will ensure that our customer experience messaging is consistently conveyed through all go-to-market (GTM) activities, campaigns, programs, and content.

This PMM leader will need an ownership mentality and be able to autonomously manage GTM and messaging strategies and execution with executives and cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Leadership/CXO Collaboration and Strategic Communication: The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively engage with and manage relationships with multiple executive-level stakeholders. A key part of this role involves aligning these stakeholders on go-to-market (GTM) strategies and messaging tactics.

Market Positioning and Messaging: Gain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and GTM strategies in customer experience. Develop impactful messaging, value propositions, and narratives targeting decision makers, analysts, press, sales, internal teams, and partners. Your storytelling skills will set RingCentral apart in the customer experience domain and will be represented through internal and external presentations and marketing activities.

Evangelization and Enablement: Proactively champion RingCentral’s commitment to unparalleled customer experiences. Empower and educate internal teams, partners, and marketers to effectively communicate our value propositions, enhancing RingCentral’s market position.

Product Release and Launch Oversight: Collaborate with product managers and key executives to streamline effective GTM strategies and execution. Serve as the primary liaison for marketing teams, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our customer experience messaging.

Key Success Metrics:

Lead Generation & Conversion: Measure leads created and their conversion to customers.Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Track costs to acquire new customers.Retention & Churn Rates: Monitor ongoing customer engagement and attrition.Product Adoption & Usage: Analyze customer engagement with product features.Revenue Growth & Market Share: Assess increases in revenue and competitive standing.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or equivalent military and/or work experienceContact Center Knowledge: Deep understanding of CX and contact center technologies, buyer needs, and key pain points.Marketing Experience: 7-10+ years, preferably in SaaS/cloud communications.Product Marketing Expertise: Proven success in product marketing and strategy development.Communication Skills: Strong in both verbal and written communication.Strategic and Analytical: Skilled in market analysis and strategic planning.Leadership: Experience in leading marketing teams and projects.Customer Focus: Ability to align strategies with customer needs.GTM Strategy Experience: Competent in developing and executing GTM plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in working with diverse teams.Creative Problem Solving: Innovative approach to challenges.Competitive Analysis: Skills in competitive market analysis.Data-Driven: Uses data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.Adaptability: Flexible in a fast-paced industry.Industry Networking: Established industry contacts and thought leadership.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $191,880 and $213,200 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more!
