You will work closely with other regional teammates as well as the central marketing and content team to develop winning content that brings Airwallex’s brand to life, communicates our differentiated position, and engages our users.You will be responsible for driving the creation of copy and creative content across platforms in North America, ensuring that you maintain a consistently high standard, producing relevant, informative, and enticing content for our growing B2B audience.Expect to cover a variety of areas, including executive thought leadership, user stories, digital and OOH, social, blog posts, and more. You will join the Airwallex Marketing team during a critical period of growth for the North American business.This is a great opportunity to join the team and help shape the next phase of Airwallex’s growth.

What You'll Be Doing...Lead all content creation in the North American region in a variety of formats such as blogs, whitepapers, release notes, videos, case studies, social, ad copy, one-pagers, company website copy landing pages, event materials and reports. Support the development and execution of Airwallex’s North America content marketing strategy. Independently manage the end-to-end process of each content project, from ideation and research, through to writing, publishing and reporting. Be required to think on a strategic level but also be hands-on in driving and executing content initiatives. Create content that is customer-first, supporting all areas of the North American business (including SME and Enterprise), and all products via both inbound and outbound channels. Work with subject matter experts to craft messaging and value propositions for new and existing products and services, translating complex product knowledge into clear, user-friendly content. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and SEO colleagues to ensure data informs your approach to content in the region.What You Bring...7+ years of experience in Content Marketing and writing, preferably at a high-growth technology company. You may also have a background in Journalism. Exceptional writing and editing skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a keen eye for design excellence. A genuine love of writing and the ability to take complex concepts and create relatable and engaging materials even when working to tight deadlines. A customer-first approach that allows you to tailor content and communications to specific audience segments and profiles. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders. Experience with various content formats including video and email marketing and a desire to create both long-form and short-form content. Familiarity with modern technology and platforms, including content management systems as well as Google Analytics and Search Console for content ideation and reporting. Knowledge and understanding of SEO and a willingness to partner closely with Growth Marketing teammates to drive results. Experience in developing high-quality content, preferably with a portfolio of published content, intended to drive B2B customer acquisition and conversion.At Airwallex you’ll have the ability to make an impact in a rapidly growing, global fintech.
