Lead promotion of Immunocore’s flagship product and serve as subject matter expert in digital marketing to support the recent launch of KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma. You have the potential to transform the lives of patients with this rare and deadly eye cancer who have had no FDA approved treatments until the launch of KIMMTRAK this year. Be part of the US marketing and cross-functional team commercializing the first drug in a newgeneration of targeted immunotherapywith a first in class bispecific T cell receptor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key member of the US commercial team; work with the cross functional team to develop US brand strategy as well as creating and managing executional tactics

Develop/manage the digital and non-digital channel strategy for KIMMTRAK brand. Includes:

Non personal promotion (NPP) such as Branded Paid Search, Banner Ads, websites, etc. and tightly monitor for optimizations to be made

Manage the multichannel customer experience between face-to-face field team interactions and NPP messaging that creates a holistic brand impression

Establish social media campaigns for patients and HCPs and manage ongoing engagement

Oversight of media plan in partnership with agency

Identify and integrate Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) marketing opportunities

Communicate key strategies and messages to sales organization and market access team, for areas of responsibility

Attend weekly field meetings, present to teams as needed

Facilitate learning objective creation, workshops, and marketing materials for national field team meetings

Gather timely feedback on marketing programs/tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program development opportunities or message refinement

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with all key patient advocacy organizations as it relates to how we can partner to provide relevant digital content for patients

Share recaps and insights from advocacy events

Manage US marketing budgets, review invoices, ensure tracking to monthly/quarterly/annual budget

Coordinate annual commercial planning and budgeting process. Present to leadership

Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely creation and processing of external contracts, scopes of work, and purchase orders to keep business processes running smoothly

Coordinate with public relations/internal communications team for:

External communications of KIMMTRAK news to customers

Internal communications to share progress and generate excitement among employees

Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Collaborate to develop guidelines for areas of responsibility if none exist or they require clarification and/or alignment

Communicate marketing best practices to internal team members; upskill the organization on marketing/digital channel knowledge

OTHER DUTIES

Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Establish or clarify process and gain cross-functional alignment where needed to enable implementation of first-time programs for Immunocore. Work with speakers and contracts team to establish contracts for services.

Support other ad hoc projects that arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience & knowledge

Experience developing channel mix strategies as well as key media platforms used for digital communication

Experience with virtual engagement tools and platforms

5-10 years of pharmaceutical (or relevant) marketing experience or combination of marketing and sales management experience. Related business or industry experience (e.g., digital channel marketing) will be considered.

Experience with Veeva Vault or related promotional/regulatory approval platforms/processes

US pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare experience

Oncology, Immunotherapy, and/or biologic experience preferred

Preferred professional experiences include customer engagement, website design/refresh, integration of personal and non-personal promotion, and marketing analytics

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES

Strong working knowledge of all aspects of brand marketing to include positioning, branding, campaign development and channel mix strategies

Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem including the regulatory environment

Ability to multi-task across several projects under tight deadlines

Strong customer orientation and focus

Financial acumen and analytical skills to effectively interpret and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to shape strategies and tactics

Good judgment in recognizing the distinction between "good enough" and perfection

Education & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with major in marketing, communication, or related business area.MBA, or related advanced degree preferred
