We are seeking a VP of Growth Marketing with experience growing and leading teams at fast-growth companies as they accelerate growth. This role will oversee all aspects of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, SEO, nurture marketing and will help us grow this team. This person will be a strategic leader at Bicycle Health who brings with them a proven track record of scaling and leading companies through growth. The ideal candidate will be able to unlock cross-functional insights that allow Bicycle Health to optimally allocate marketing spend across channels and markets. As a fast growth startup, we are looking for a low-ego leader that is excited about a "player-coach" position. The VP of Growth Marketing will also be responsible for managing third-party agencies that the Marketing team uses for various marketing channels.

This is an incredibly exciting and critical leadership role that uniquely sits at the cross section of Bicycle Health's growth and core operations and most importantly, in helping the millions of OUD patients get the care they need to beat their addictions.

Target Pay Range: $210,800 - $248,200 - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

You can expect to:

Performance Marketing

Design and execute a performance marketing strategy to rapidly grow Bicycle's audience and customer base.Implement best-in-class customer acquisition strategies and scale cross-channel media spend in an ROI-positive way.Utilize a data-driven approach to inform acquisition and lifecycle strategy and campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Own the performance and maintenance of the Bicyclehealth.com website.Track and optimize new patient conversion from paid and organic marketing channels.Collaborate with the Enrollment Operations team to maximize enrollment while minimizing cost of enrollment.

Organic and Owned Channel Marketing

Direct SEO team for content creation, keyword research, and SEO strategy.Improve reactivation via email and SMS marketing.Direct organic social media strategy.

Leadership

Build a world-class marketing organization. Mentor and grow the existing team across performance marketing and growth optimization, attract and hire top talent, and establish infrastructure and processes for scale.Foster a culture of ROI, data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence. Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth.Be a visible, collaborative leader who communicates early and often with all team members.

Qualities we're looking for:

10+ years of full-stack marketing and senior leadership experience scaling a high-growth direct-to-consumer business. Track record of taking a company from early adoption to a household name.4+ years of marketing leadership experience preferred.Successful track record of hiring, building, and managing a marketing, and/or growth team at a rapidly scaling company.Experience in digital marketing channel allocation with strong knowledge of paid advertising channels such as FB/IG, TikTok, and Google Ads.Hands-on experience in SEM and Paid Social channels preferred.Develop and implement the best attribution models to understand the performance of our marketing channels and optimize our spend.Highly analytical; able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy and spend while not losing sight of the brand.Proven success as a manager, mentor, and leader in a robust marketing organization.Excellent cross-functional leader who is entrepreneurial and excels at both high-level thinking and execution and is effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business.Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term goals and bring others along towards meeting these goals.Deeply motivated and passionate about our mission and helping our patients.Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs.

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) remote position.

Bicycle Health is a telemedicine group that specializes in the evidence-based treatment of individuals with Opioid Use Disorder using buprenorphine. We've grown our clinical staff of medical providers caring for patients, across 32 states, and we employ a large ancillary staff for support with technologic and administrative needs, clinical and behavioral support, and care coordination. Our innovative model has achieved clinical outcomes that exceed expectations for standard-of-care in-person treatment nationally.
