Summary :

ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our team to oversee the strategy and growth of our go-to-market function across ZipRecruiter’s Employer (SMB) products. Partnering with multiple cross-functional teams, you will combine your strategic, brand, and growth marketing expertise to develop differentiated and resonant positioning and messaging, GTM strategy, and sales enablement for our Employer business.

Key Focuses:

Responsible for building and supporting in the execution of the GTM strategy for our B2B product suite, including: launch plans, product & marketing messaging, claims, sales comms and strategy (data-driven positioning and selling, talk tracks, battle cards, FAQ, enablement), digital/media assets and internal/external comms to maximize exposure and drive customers to take action.

Own positioning and messaging strategy for our SMB audience ,

equipping cross-functional teams to develop highly engaging, customer-centric messaging that drives product adoption throughout the customer experience

Partner with Product, Sales, Product Strategy, Creative, and Media to develop new/better/different marketing strategies through a test-and-learn model to drive new business/customer acquisition

Collaborate with other Product Marketers, Sales Leadership, Product Strategists, and Data Scientists to produce relevant insights and claims to differentiate ZipRecruiter as a market leader

Maintain a strong pulse on positioning, competitive landscape, market trends, and product differentiators

Track content usage, measure performance, document learnings, and report against key objectives to marketing leadership and the executive team

Manage multiple projects across internal and external teams to influence outcomes and meet aggressive deadlines

Prioritize initiatives, activities, and deliverables to effectively manage time and creative resources to deliver on highest value add activities for cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years work experience in a high-performing, data-driven organization

Expertise in building and executing GTM strategy and plans

Passion for collaborating with sales and developing data-driven, creative, and successful strategy that wins new business

Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products, developing/executing on marketing plans, and building messaging for B2B audiences

Able to craft presentations/narratives using data with no help

Able to make timely medium risk, medium impact decisions with incomplete data, amid ambiguity and know when to escalate high risk decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams

Excellent project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to use data to make your case and define results

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,500-$212,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
