You’ll do this by creating scalable processes to deliver an air-tight lead and account funnel; that our technology systems are set up according to best practices and are in alignment with Sales; and that every marketing touchpoint is attributable. You will work with our Analytics team to conduct data analyses and forecasts that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Own our marketing technology stack and maintain and optimize existing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on both the demand gen and ABX funnelsOwn overall operational strategy for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performanceEstablish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for inbound and outbound marketingProactively own process improvement while driving change and efficiencies that scale across marketing programs, systems, technologies, and reportingCreate and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channelSupport campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management and routing, list creation, and segmentationManage the hygiene and quality of marketing dataAnalyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvementEvaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performanceWork with sales, finance, and business operations to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contributionEstablish documentation, templates, and training to enable marketing team members to create basic campaigns, reports, and dashboardsYou are

Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 3 years in marketing ops), within the SaaS industry.Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferredAdvanced proficiency with SalesforceFamiliarity with the following tools: Marketo Measure, 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper/meeting scheduling, Drift/Qualified, Looker, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, JiraDeep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologiesData-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI and impact on the bottom line of the businessExperience with working with vendors and contractorsStrong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projectsYou are
