Responsibilities

Lead design contributions to growth efforts.Collaborate with Head of Growth on developing a portfolio of growth strategies.Design thoughtful improvements to the product that improve growth and engagement metrics.Use qualitative, quantitative, and strategic information to find impact.Contribute to process to ensure we are always shipping changes you are proud of, as often as possible.

Requirements

Experience designing consumer or prosumer mobile apps.Excellent communicator with team members and users.Experience creating impact with user growth and engagement type work.Comfort with talking to users, analyzing data, and studying successful products.Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.5+ years of industry experience.

The cash compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.

Building upon our Series A earlier this year, we’ve now raised $100 million to date.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
