Position Overview For Senior Creative Designer
This company is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Global Marketing team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative ideas and concepts for consumer campaigns across omni-channel touchpoints with a customer-first lens. You will work closely with the Associate Creative Director, Art Director, and other Designers and Copywriters to create exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of design capabilities and experience, with a solid background in visual communications, print, digital, and typography, specifically as it relates to loyalty programs and/or the financial industry.

Required Skills For Senior Designer
6 years relative Design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising or in-house creative departmentStrong portfolio showing a range of experience, concepts, and visual stylesExperience working with a marketing department, understanding of business objectives and ability to find creative solutions to help achieve objectivesKnowledge of design fundamentals and messaging hierarchyExperience working on direct response materials and designing for a range of marketing channels including email, banner ads, social, landing pages, print collateralStrong working knowledge of Adobe Suite. Figma experience is a plus
