Description
Sr. User Experience Designer
Undergraduate or post graduate degree in design from a reputed design school
5-7 years in user experience design
Hands on experience in design methods, contextual studies, personas, scenarios, wireframes and interactive hi-fidelity prototypes.
Ability to hold workshops with clients to understand the design problems and co-create design solutions through Design Thinking and translating these design solutions into interactive prototypes across devices
Ability to build consensus on design and on articulating design solutions effectively to all stakeholders. Should passionately evangelize and drive value of design through organizations and leadership
Experience in working with offshore design and development teams will be a big plus
