In the near future, we’re bringing spontaneous discovery to online shopping through a consumer marketplace. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Growth Marketing Lead sits within the Consumer Marketing team and is responsible for driving profitable growth and executing in a technology-forward way across OpenStore’s portfolio of brands. As a part of the Marketing team which is reimagining how we grow e-commerce brands at scale, you will be a critical part of our company’s growth. You’ll have a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Analytics and Creative to drive automation across all of our paid media channels. You will own multiple brands with full ownership of the consumer funnel strategy and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You’ll build and execute full-funnel paid social ad strategies across the businesses in OpenStore’s portfolio. You’ll help reimagine how to run paid acquisition across a portfolio of brands at scale.You'll partner with our world class Engineering, Data Science and Creative teams. You'll build tools and drive automation to develop and implement automated creative testing at scale.You’ll take calculated risks, be creative, and use analytical rigor to achieve goals. You’ll develop and own marketing for Paid Social channels across businesses. You’ll drive budgeting decisions, measure and report on performance, and stay accountable to the results.You’ll analyze and optimize performance. You'll monitor KPIs and identify root causes of variances to trends or targets.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are an experienced marketer. You’ve a proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands with $5k - $100k in monthly spendYou are analytically rigorous. You have a deep bias towards using data and analyses to drive decisions. Your second language is performance KPIs and you know your numbers and the inputs needed to continue improving those KPI metrics.You take a strategic approach. You’re focused on where you’re going and build the strategies and plans to achieve the goal. You’re not afraid to admit something didn’t work and have backup plans brewing for your next test.You are collaborative, organized, and thoughtful. You actively solicit teammate’s feedback and can get things done through informal influence. You’re organized and demonstrate judicious decision-making.You thrive in tech-driven, fast-paced environments. At this stage we’re still learning. You will iterate with the rest of the team to continuously evolve and improve the paid acquisition playbook through tech-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

7+ years of experience in paid social marketing experience2+ years of experience at a high growth consumer tech / DTC company is a plusExperience working with internal Product & Engineering teams to automate workflowsExperience working with Creative, Merchandising & Storefront teams to build out omni-channel strategiesExperience leveraging large data sets and working with data visualization tools to gather insightsAn insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions
