The Director HCP Marketing is a key member of the marketing team focused on helping to grow Zoryve , Arcutis’s flagship topical cream, with an anticipated future indication in Atopic Dermatitis, pending FDA approval. This role will be focused on leading execution of the strategic and tactical plan for HCP promotion and ensuring synergy and consistency with team members across all marketing initiatives. This position reports into the Executive Director Marketing and works in close collaboration with commercial (e.g., Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations) and non-commercial (e.g., Medical, Legal, Regulatory) business partners.

Core Job Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of the brand strategic and tactical plan with a focus on Atopic Dermatitis market, working in close collaboration with other marketing and cross-functional team members to bring together a single, cross-indication brand planLead development and implementation of personal promotional materials from concept through execution, including core visual aids, leave-behind and other resources leveraged by sales representativesLead development and implementation of field communications and/or pull through plans for key initiativesProvide strategic input on sales meetings and launch meeting objectives and lead the development and execution of sales meeting content as needed to ensure sales representatives can successfully implement sales resources with customersAuthor the plan and lead the execution of HCP advisory boards to ensure appropriately and timely insights are gathered to help shape strategic and tactical planningSet the speaker bureau strategy for atopic dermatitis and execute the plan as needed to ensure content is ready and speakers are trained prior to launchMake recommendations to strengthen market approach, messaging and/or tools by leveraging feedback across internal and external stakeholders and quantitative key performance metricsInform atopic dermatitis launch KPI and performance tracking plan via both qualitative and quantitative approachesPartner with key stakeholders to facilitate and lead the MLR review process; work with MLR manager to ensure alignment with SOP, efficiency and effectivenessSuccessfully own and manage HCP marketing budgetManage agency of record relationship, and other vendors as needed, by setting clear agency priorities, ensuring flawless execution of tactics, routinely providing feedback to optimize relationship, and proactively managing agency budgetsDemonstrate a commitment to cross-functional engagement and input to ensure strategic alignment across commercial and medical organizations

Experience

Job Requirements:

BS or BA degree required10+ years of experience in brand marketing within pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry; prior sales experience is a plusEffective people management experience or management readiness with proven leadership agilityDermatology experienceLaunch experienceExperience working on a product with multiple indications (portfolio prioritization) a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead with and without authority and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and external 3 rd party partnersEffective interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to bring cross-functional stakeholders together to execute a clear objectiveDemonstrated HCP marketing experience and performance across all marketing channels, with clear examples of execution across personal promotional, sales meetings, speaker bureaus, and advisory boardsClearly able to articulate strategies and plans via the creation of brand plan documentsStrong written communication and oral presentation skillsForward thinking with a solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of proactively identifying risks and brining forward resolutions or a mitigation planAbility to execution against multiple projects and perform in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlinesAgency management experienceBudget-management skills and ability to provide timely, accurate reporting
