Collaborate with business and technical professionals across the organization in an Agile framework to ensure technical systems are well-designed.
Collaborate with the product team to design solutions that meet deadlines.

Mentor junior members as the organization and team grow.
Contribute to team process improvement and culture.
What you'll bring to the team:
5+ years of experience building with React.
At least 5+ years of experience in modern object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Python, or Java.
Experience interpreting and refining our goals into relevant requirements, having delivered large-scale projects from concept to production.
5+ years of experience developing systems with Amazon Web Services technologies; ECS/EKS experience a big plus.
Experience with Terraform, CI, Kubernetes and Docker are a plus if you have it. Git experience preferred.
Understanding of the different approaches needed to support multiple architectures, such as microservices and event-driven messaging.

Total Rewards and Benefits
The starting base salary for this position is $123,200/year. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on the candidate’s job-related skills and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
