Marketing is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all internal or external corporate communications concerning our product offerings, corporate initiatives, meaningful events, team member acknowledgments, and our advocacy impact. In this department, our team members are committed to creating branded marketing materials that are informative, creative, engaging, and compelling.THE ROLEThe Marketing Manager, RBB Brand works for the Founder & CEO, and CMO and is accountable for the yearly, monthly, and daily marketing plan for our D2C brands across all E-commerce channels. The primary day-to-day responsibilities include marketing the brand and products across all E-commerce channels; and concepting, implementing, managing, and controlling the end-to-end execution of all go-to-market plans; These responsibilities focus on brand awareness and product launches. The responsibility will further require reporting on marketing campaigns for ROI validation, to measure the success of all marketing initiatives. Finally, this role is to ensure the consistency of the overall voice and visual standards for all brand assets within our brand guidelines.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Planning and

ManagementAlign on vision and strategies, as set by the Founder & CEO and CMO.Oversee go-to-market strategy and brand positioning for our D2C brands.Create recommendations that drive brand awareness.Lead marketing planning that drives product and marketing campaigns on timeDevelopment of weekly/monthly/annual brand marketing plansSupport the marketing strategy of all D2C products, from ideation to launch.Partner with the Senior Director, Omnichannel Brand Marketing to build compelling and revenue-generating aligned marketing plans that all E-commerce channels can leverage.Create, execute, and manage the marketing calendar.Develop go-to-market documents, briefs, and communication plans.Responsible for developing branded email marketing programs and defining overall email strategy for product launches.Oversee the brand product launch calendar and timelines; ensure deliverables are achieved on time; manage external partners as necessary.Play a leading role in managing internal and external stakeholder expectations as needed.Analyze project execution after completion and create recommendations to identify areas of success and areas for improvement.Manage support and development of affiliate marketing programs.Work with the creative team to define and deliver assets needed for individual campaigns.Partner with key marketing department teams in the development and management of consumer and potential consumer messagingWork with the digital agency partners to execute an automated campaign journey pathing and timing based on analytics.Manage growth opportunities for the brand, including Anisa Pro Program, ID.me Program, and Affiliate Link ProgramAssist with planning for advertising, PR, for product launch strategy.Direct and manage brand collaborations and media partnerships with Founder & CEO and CMOAlign advocacy partnerships for Anisa BeautyAnalysis and ResearchResponsible for all monthly and quarterly ROI reporting for marketing efforts including but not limited to Advertising, Tradeshows, emails, social, and product launches.Manage and maintain program-specific research efforts inclusive of consumer insights, consumer segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and developments to make strategic recommendations based on trend analysis.Provide performance analysis of brand marketing program initiatives, their progress, and results.Stay current on emerging trends in beauty, E-Commerce, etc.; make strategic recommendations based on trend analysis.Conduct product and consumer research; present information to help inform D2C product and consumer strategies.Share D2C insights with B2B to drive customer purchases to create brand demand and marketing plans, while sharing points of differentiation to offer the business a competitive edge in the market in terms of acquisition and retention.Brand Voice and VisionManage storytelling process from concept to implementation to drive revenue, reach, engagement and reputation of D2C brands.Serve as the D2C brand guardian as it pertains to strategic initiatives, external-facing platforms, marketing materials, copy, and visuals.Provide focus and guidance on brand vision, voice, assets, and consumer experience in collaboration with the CMO and CEO.Manage direction, scope, and detailed logistics across requests and relationships with internal and external creative stakeholders to ensure a consistent voice and vision translate across all deliverables.Responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, and adapting new and existing D2C brand content.Provide copy support for emails and website as needed.Support the asset creation for campaign visuals.Support the development of product descriptions and packaging language to ensure a consistent voice and vision across D2C brands.Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates of brand guidelines.Responsible for updating, maintaining and distributing brand decks.Marketing Administration and EngagementCreate monthly field communication on all marketing news: product launch information, upcoming events, collateral, and programs.Create and manage best practices and D2C Marketing SOP development.Prepare and organize meetings as needed.Contribute to the team in coordinating events and logistics.Coordinate billing and payment for all department vendors with CMO while reviewing against the department budget.Lead the creation and dissemination of branded written materials including branded collateral, award entries, press interviews, recaps, and other collateral including coordinating printing, formatting, binding, and obtaining quotes.Oversee the awards calendar and contribute to the selection of products and awards.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required.8+ years of marketing experience.Experience in the Cosmetic, Fashion, Luxury Goods or Accessories space is a strong plus.Strong leadership ability supported by authentic skills, experience, and a proven pattern of success.Experience and passion for customers, delivering great experiences, and building high-performing teams.Experience in content development, channel optimization, brand consistencyPassion for creativity, storytelling, and elevating brands through digital mediaInnovative mindset that will push boundaries to deliver unique content and value in a crowded market, while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a consistent voiceExperience with social media and content integrationCopywriting experience and proven track recordFastidious and process-focused.Strong project management skills and ability to create and execute plans, organization, prioritization and deadline-oriented.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAdvertising/traffic experience is highly desirable.International marketing experience desirableProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience using Box, SalesForce, NetSuite, and Monday;
