Paid Media Marketing Specialist

This role is hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia - 3x a week onsite!

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team. The successful candidate will support campaign execution, media planning, and special projects, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to execute marketing campaigns.
• Provide detailed documentation for planned campaigns.
• Support quality control (QC) of campaign assets.
• Ensure campaigns are launched in alignment with strategic plans.

Media Plans:

• Identify engagement opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Ensure strategic adjustments are reflected in finalized campaign plans.
• Align media proposals with the overall departmental strategy.

Projects:

• Assist in special projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a business-related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, media, social, or agency roles.
• Proven experience in digital media, retail e-commerce, marketing/advertising technology, and on-site advertising.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 42.00 -49.00/hr DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
