Constant Contact Product Marketing is seeking a senior product marketing manager to support exciting advancements to our digital marketing platform. You'll join a team of passionate, collaborative and driven professionals who know how to deliver complex projects and have fun!
The ideal candidate will have experience in using data to define buyer personas and market positioning, as well as, build and implement impactful go-to-market strategies. You will need to be able to adapt quickly to new circumstances, and foster strong relationships across product, sales and marketing teams, while collaborating to meet business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain effective value positioning for target audiences by leveraging research studies, user in-product behaviors, and customer use cases.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson and thought leader for Constant Contact's most innovative digital marketing capabilities.
  • Play a critical role in bringing new product features to market, steering launch plans to drive new leads and engagement among existing customers. This will include collaborating with key stakeholders, and measuring results.
  • Be a voice of the customer in the development of new product features, ensuring messages are clear and the experience is intuitive.
  • Understand and support our sales channels by partnering with sales enablement to ensure the team is trained on the problems we solve for small business customers. This will include developing internal tools and external collateral to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand the product roadmap and translate technical details to messaging that resonates with buyer personas.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce or similar high-paced environments.
  • Experienced in bringing new products to market to serve small business or non-profit sectors.
  • Familiar with mobile app products and driving engagement among users.
  • Must be an excellent communicator with an ability to distill complex information so anyone can understand.
  • Solid writer with strong storytelling skills and the ability to adjust content across multiple audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to both create a presentation in Google Slides or PowerPoint and deliver the presentation to a group.
  • Exceptional performance-tracking skills, with the ability to prove what is, or isn't, working.
  • Strong collaborator with track-record of delivering results. Your strong people skills help you effectively collaborate cross-functionally among peers and executives.
  • MBA or advanced marketing degree a plus
  • Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability. You are a self-starter with a drive to tackle complex projects under tight deadlines.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
