Sr. Manager Loyalty Marketing

Summary Statement:
It is the primary responsibility of the Loyalty Marketing Manager to develop, maintain and continually improve an innovative, tech-forward resort-wide loyalty and rewards program for the newest integrated resort on the Las Vegas Strip. This position is a key member of the loyalty team responsible for helping to create, maintain and improve an industry-leading resort-wide loyalty program.
Primary Job Duties:
Includes but is not limited to:
Work with Director of Loyalty to develop, maintain and continually improve an innovative, tech-forward resort-wide loyalty and rewards program.
Monitor metrics and develop new ones that support decision making, improve campaign performance, and guide design of new initiatives based on observed emerging trends and technologies.
Closely oversee campaign specialist(s) to ensure execution of efforts.
Manage activation plan that outlines the vision for bringing customer relationships to life.
Explore innovative and progressive ideas to enhance the program and increase participation.
Design, develop and monitor trigger-based incentive campaigns for casino and resort.
Develop loyalty program rules, procedures and operations and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders.
Provide input, guidance, and goals for resort loyalty communication strategies.
Manage a holistic customer acquisition approach that utilizes all available channels.
Coordinate with Brand Marketing on updates to advertising/marketing strategy that clearly illustrate the customer benefits and value proposition of participating.
Monitor and develop messaging across all channels (email, online, text, social) to allow customers to receive information in the most effective way.
Evaluate and make recommendations on opportunities to expand loyalty program to non-gaming customers.
Assist with the development of partnerships that maximize customer acquisition and member activity.
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Ensure that Team Members obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Includes but is not limited to:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of database IT architecture and querying.
Previous experience managing external vendors.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to successfully mentor a team.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Previous experience with complex budgeting and accounting practices.
At least five years of experience in Loyalty or Database Marketing in a similar or related field.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three years of previous Loyalty or Database Marketing management in a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain the following:
Nevada Gaming Registration
Physical Demands:
Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer.
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
Ability to bend and reach.
Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to
15 Lbs.
Eye/hand coordination.
Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.
