Join our client's team in Richmond, VA as an Administrative Marketing Coordinator where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining brand identity through the production and customization of marketing materials tailored to client inquiries. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating advertising schedules, managing offsite meetings and conferences, and ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM and databases. About the Job:

  • Maintain brand consistency through marketing materials production and customization for client inquiries.
  • Assist with special administrative projects, RFPs, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and manage offsite meetings and conferences.
  • Update CRM, databases, and assist with website updates.
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials.
  • Handle client lease agreements and create pitch decks and presentations.
  • Other relevant administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS.) from a four-year College or University.
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in administrative professional level positions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research, with knowledge of Adobe suite being beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Web publishing using templates.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various business documents, write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles, along with basic financial analysis; intermediate analytical and quantitative skills required.

About the Position:

  • $23/hr-$25/hr while temporary
  • $50K-$55K when permanent
  • Temporary to permanent position
  • 100% on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm.
  • Office in Richmond, VA.
