Job Description

The Sr. Product Manager, HCP Marketing is responsible for contributing to marketing strategies across HCP stakeholders in multiple care settings for Aristada, an established brand. He/she will report to the Director of HCP Marketing and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing programs supporting Aristada.

Alkermes has recently adopted a hybrid working environment to support and meet the needs of employees and this role will operate in a flexible environment with 60% of time in the office and 40% from home.

Responsibilities

Contributing to brand marketing strategies and plans, including opportunity identification, key messages and promotional activities that increase demand across settings of care. Develop supporting measurement plans that demonstrate impact of programs on the businessDeveloping strategic and tactical resources and gain alignment across broad brand team.Development and implementation of professional promotion for the brand.Act as liaison to sales, field training team and brand communications lead.Engaging in the approval process for promotional materialsMaximize value of external partners (i.e. advertising agency) in a cost-effective mannerManage budget and accruals for Aristada HCP marketingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with areas outside the marketing team, especially sales, market research, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, government affairs, corporate communications, reimbursement, and sales operationsEffectively manage multiple agency partners to complete deliverables within timeline and budgetQualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:

8+ years' of professional experienceBachelor's degree in business or sciencePreferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in pharmaceutical product marketingExperience in neuroscience (preferred)Strategic thinker with the ability to forge focused business strategiesStrong analytical skills, able to clearly interpret and distill scientific, clinical and commercial informationAbility to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up and anticipate problemsAbility to work across multiple functions (sales, sales training, finance, medical affairs)Proven ability to partner with medical, legal, and regulatory promotional review committeesExperience managing agency partnersAbility to influence and gain consensus from peers and managementStrong writing and presentation skillsUnderstanding of industry code of conduct and ethicsExperience in marketing or selling CNS drugsManagement experienceTravel Requirements:

Overnight travel ~10-15%
