RiverWoods Durham is currently looking for a someone to come and join our team full time within our sales and marketing team to perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and sales functions in support of the RiverWoods Sales and Marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for phone calls into Marketing
  • Management of the Sales Force database, including inputting information and updating database.
  • Support the sales effort with financial information and work with sales people to run numbers to meet different financial criteria or floor plans.
  • Track all incoming calls for events, to input in Sales Force system, and to use for name tags. Distribute accurate information to callers and assign leads to sales people for follow up.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and webinars
  • Prepare Sales Force analysis and run reports
  • Prepare letters and packages on a timely basis to be sent to prospects, to support sales people's activities.
  • Monitor and order all required department supplies and office equipment.
  • Make decisions on equipment purchases.
  • Assist in ensuring contracts are up to date
  • Participate as active sales team member at all sales events, managing registration area, and ensuring easy flow of prospects during events.
  • Conduct initial discussions with walk-in prospects when sales people are busy. Responsible for initial discovery, providing information, and conducting brief tours.
  • Train new staff members on Sales Force and help troubleshoot difficult issues.
  • Provide notary services to residents upon request. Assist residents with a variety of needs, as requested.
  • Process in-coming and out-going mail.
Qualifications
WORK SCHEDULE: Generally, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and as needed for special events and for evening and weekend appointments with prospects.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent and continued education in sales or marketing; Preferred Associate Degree (or Higher) in Communications or Business Management.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years working experience in the administrative field with a background in marketing a plus. Experience in word-processing, data base management and spreadsheets required.
