Commercial Lines Account Manager / Producer
Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager / Producer to join their Commercial Lines Team. Ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background in the property & casualty industry and a strong working knowledge of Commercial Insurance Products.
Responsibilities
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to customer service, administration, and remarketing accounts.
Qualifications
At least 3-5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
Ability to manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
Detail oriented
