THE ROLE:
The Associate Manager role serves as the media planner across client's portfolio of products. They will be part of the in-house performance media team which is a group of +20 digital buying and strategy experts managing SEM, Programmatic/Open-Web and Paid Social. The analyst will play a key role in bringing the consumer and customer (HCP) brand campaigns to life - coordinating between the paid media team and our other internal stakeholders (ex. promotions, field-marketing, brand, analytics, etc). This role supports the realization of brand strategic imperatives through development of integrated media models and strategy.
The Sr. Analyst they will collaborate across teams to ensure media campaigns are launched timely and with best practices by targeted to the right audiences and aligned to business goals. The analyst will aid in delivering media forecasting, setting up vendors, delivering insights on campaign performance (and midflight optimizations), preparing audience segments and managing billing. This role is critical in supporting the campaign strategy and execution.
This individual has confidence to deliver insights and optimization opportunities to the internal stakeholders. They will manage administrative tasks associated with campaigns such as billing, creating PO's, and invoices. Candidates should have experience in cross-platform media planning or execution (paid social, programmatic or SEM buying).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assisting in the development and execution of the media plan
Monitoring media spend against pacing goals
Communicating and collaborating with internal channel teams (paid social, programmatic & SEM) to deliver the media plan and goals, and ultimately launch campaigns successfully
Collaborate with the measurement team to ensure data best-practices are being met (naming conventions, UTMs, tagging, etc). To then deliver those requirements to the channel leads in a clear fashion.
Gathering and compiling data to support the media recommendation
Collecting competitive research and preparing reports
Deliver media data to the analytics and measurement teams, to aid their output of attribution models
Troubleshoot billing issues
Manage vendor onboarding and contracting process
Compile and file campaign decks and screenshots
Pulling digital reporting and supporting team members in gathering actionable learnings client
Managing audience segments via Liveramp and Segment
Drive innovating by keeping abreast of industry trends and recommending new buying tactics and partners
YOU BRING:
3+ years experience in any media planning role (planner, analyst, buyer, etc)
Experience in reporting & analytics across various digital media channels and platforms - any combination of META, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, etc
Understanding and an appreciation for all digital channels and how they synchronize and drive users down the marketing funnel
Able to strategically segment large projects into smaller, actionable deliverables; effectively prioritizes a high volume of work across the business.

Expert communication, presentation and material preparation skills required

Bachelor's Degree
