Our brand has grown rapidly over the past few years, and we are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, self-starter to join our team as the eCommerce Marketing Coordinator.

About the role

Are you a detail-oriented and creative self-starter with a passion for eCommerce and digital marketing? Join our growing team as an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and on time creation and launch of new products and maintenance of existing product pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. You will collaborate with various teams to implement site merchandising and content updates and support special brand projects. This role supports the entire marketing team; an ideal candidate is ready and willing to jump in and assist as needed. Responsibilities

Product Page Creation, Launch, and Maintenance

  • Own the new product launch process and coordinate with members of the inventory, product, and marketing teams to ensure on time and accurate launches
  • Upload and create new product pages with product copy, specifications and measurements efficiently and accurately
  • Own the implementation and upkeep of product tags and metafields to ensure a seamless on site customer experience
  • Implement product page updates such as title, material, and price changes and the creation/removal of new/old variants
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any product page issues and discrepancies
  • Implement SEO copy edits to new and existing product pages
  • Create, share and upkeep run-of-shows for marketing events
  • Assist in product naming and creative copywriting
Site Merchandising and Content
  • Assist in monitoring the merchandising of critical category pages for marketing activities and BAU and implement changes
  • Own the creation and maintenance of category pages
  • Own the implementation and maintenance of other on site functionality such as product families and "restocks by" messaging
  • Own the creation, launch, and QA of site promotions
  • Assist in the on site implementation process for discontinued items and variants
  • Assist in the implementation of site content updates such as homepage and navigation changes, promotional messaging, and designer information
Special Projects
  • Take on other tasks related to brand projects as needed, such as:
  • Brand marketing activities and in-person events
  • Coordinate and organize with outside partners, including scheduling, note taking, outlining next steps, and ensuring followup
  • Assist the marketing team in other high-priority projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Highly organized with an obsessive attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to new tasks quickly
  • Experience with Shopify a plus
