SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, PROSPECT AND CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

The Role

Are you a dynamic and driven marketing professional ready to pioneer innovative prospecting and lead nurturing? Fidelity Charitable is seeking a motivated and seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our Donor Marketing team! This role will spearhead and bring to life new, innovative prospect marketing strategies and campaigns that will not only elevate the brand but effectively convert our visitors to becoming donors.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism, or marketing; advanced degree a plus

  • Marketing Leadership: Over 8 years of experience in marketing communications and program management, focusing on prospect engagement. Proven expertise in crafting inbound and outbound marketing campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strategic Marketing Execution: Craft lead nurturing strategies to move potential donors through the engagement funnel with an integrated approach utilizing SEO, paid media, social media, and web experiences.

  • Digital Content Oversight: Develop compelling content and provide executional oversight for digital content and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with prospect marketing goals.

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, adept at handling complex, multi-faceted communication projects from planning through execution. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating across the Marketing team and with business partners.

  • Communication: Excellent writing, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for prospect marketing. Writing samples will be requested for final candidates.

  • Financial services and/or nonprofit sector experience, with knowledge of Donor and UHNW audiences, is a plus.

Fidelity Charitable is an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 300,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $42 billion in grants.

This role is a member of the Segment Marketing Team. This team is responsible for creating and implementing strategic prospect content and marketing initiatives and driving marketing campaigns to educate and raise awareness of Fidelity Charitable and innovative philanthropy using a donor-advised fund.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
