Specification Writer -

Key responsibility for the Specification/Technical Writer is coordinating and producing project manuals, which includes research, code reviews, system research and assisting with material selection.

Key Qualifications for the Specification/Technical Writer:

• 10+years of experience in the design & construction industry with 5+ years of experience as a Specifications Writer.
• CSI, CCS, or CSI CCCA, preferred
• Technical knowledge of architectural systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, education codes, required
• Pay range from $110K to $120K, with bonus potential
