About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and dynamic Video Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will report directly to Sam, the Creative Director of Martell Media.
This person will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production projects, including coordinating with creative teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring budget adherence.

- Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
- Assemble and manage the project team.
- Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
- Collaborate on project concepts and scripts.
- Arrange equipment, locations, and permits.
- Oversee filming to ensure quality.
- Resolve issues and adapt to changes during production.
- Manage video editing and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate sound effects, music, and visual effects.
- Facilitate client review and approval of the final video.
- Maintain project documentation and provide status updates.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide team leadership and training.
