Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all digital marketing aspects for Smith Chason College and the accompanying brands, focusing on the performance metrics and content of all online representations. This position will also be responsible for managing all digital ad campaign development, social media content, relationships with digital marketing agencies, and websites where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with budget adherence and lead acquisition targets.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and return on investment (ROI), providing stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, brand voice, and audience preferences, while applying current trends and platform-specific plans.
Oversee website development with the marketing team and external agencies to enhance user experience and search engine optimization (SEO), ensuring accurate and current information across all digital channels.
Establish yearly goals (KPIs) and research competitive benchmarks to set realistic targets, distributing and repurposing content creatively across multiple platforms to meet marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing and Data Analytics:
Develop and manage digital ads for Smith Chason College and associated brands.
Collaborate with external agencies to maintain budget adherence and achieve lead acquisition targets.
Use data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms based on insights.
Report on campaign growth and analytics to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
Social Media:
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy with a cohesive vision and platform-specific plans.
Align social content with marketing goals, brand voice, and audience preferences, applying trends appropriately.
Use analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and improve social presence, ensuring effective tracking.
Set yearly goals (KPIs) and research competitive benchmarks for realistic target setting.
Website:
Manage website development with the marketing team and external agency to improve user experience and SEO.
Distribute and repurpose website content across multiple platforms creatively.
Ensure website and social channels have accurate, current information and are error-free.
Create and manage landing pages, workflows, sequences, and SEO to enhance user experience and meet marketing targets.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in marketing or 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation or performance marketing in B2B and B2C.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager managing display media, SEM, and social programs.
Strong ability to budget, set targets, and analyze data for better results.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
Experience creating effective content for digital and social media with positive results.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on ROI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Monday, SharePoint, Google Drive, or Figma.
Passion for healthcare innovation and education is highly desirable.
