We're the foremost supplier of air conditioning and refrigeration chemicals to wholesale distribution channels, and we're expanding our team with a full-time Associate Marketing Manager.
As a Marketing Manager at Nu-Calgon, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence, supporting our dedicated sales force, and collaborating with our innovative marketing team. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for effective communication and a knack for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling copy for product literature and promotional flyers, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
Drive strategic initiatives in customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and foster meaningful connections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational materials for the sales force and customers, empowering them with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Conceptualize and execute advertising content across various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media, to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement.
Assist in the development of engaging social media content, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of challenges and seeing them through to successful resolution.
Provide invaluable marketing support to the sales force and undertake additional duties as required to contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemistry, or engineering is required, providing a solid foundation for understanding our products and target markets.
5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing or related role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling narratives.
Proficiency in social media management and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, enabling you to effectively execute marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance.
