Overview:

InvestorPlace is looking for a Franchise Marketing Director with a passion for driving revenue through subscriptions, a commitment to quality publishing, and a strong focus on making connections with our readers and prospects.
As a Franchise Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading all the marketing for one of the major franchises at InvestorPlace managing the campaigns from the creation of the marketing creative, to coordinating with our production team, and following through to coordinating the product launch with the acquisitions team and editorial group. You will also be responsible for owning the franchise promotions managing the entire creative experience from ads to landing pages to webforms. You will maintain tracking and reporting on the metrics of our full sales funnels.

To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is highly innovative and comfortable driving campaigns from conception through execution. We like folks that want to roll their sleeves up and be part of a team focused on acquisition marketing funnels that drive highly qualified leads and sales to grow our business and pursue our sales growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and make reccomendations
  • Provide design and strategic direction for product campaigns
  • Provide direction and oversight to internal and external agencies such as production
  • Track dependencies (copy) and proactively identify any risks to the the overall health of the effort
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide pricing, billing and packaging reccomendations
  • Plan large campaign events for big financial investing ideas
  • Provides the vision and strategic insight to champion an effective brand strategy.
  • Ensures that brand building knowledge, capability and expertise is transferred from marketing to other functions, across the organization
  • Ensure that the brand is ahdered to in all communications and all channel
  • Identify potential customers
  • Make reccomendations for marketing campaigns and related components (list selection, audience development, marketing funnel management, offers)
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Review all new campaigns before going live
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Oversee SOX compliance processes for franchise
  • Oversee franchise marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing is required
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office is highly desired
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Proof-reading/grammar editing skills a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
