In this role, you will be instrumental in delighting and engaging our existing customer base. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer awareness of upcoming product launches, drive retention, loyalty, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Execute customer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across various channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer marketing programs.Nurture and retain existing customers, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and encourage advocacy and referrals.Maintain customer segmentation strategies and incorporate tailored messages to specific segments.Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.Develop targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive or at-risk customers.

Qualifications
