We are looking for a
Social Media Coordinator
to collaborate with marketing and sales to develop successful social media campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
Organize and drive engagement on all social media platforms.
Assist in podcast publishing and the Steve Sommers Overnight Drive radio show.
Analyze and report social media data details to the Digital Marketing Manager as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
Excellent social listening skills. Excellent leadership and organization skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years experience with social media marketing or content development.
Experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus.
OTHER INFORMATION
Valid Drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required for travel for off-site meetings and events.
Ability to lift to 75 pounds.
