This position is a highly visible opportunity to interact with local and international leadership, key accounts, and channel partners to better understand and grow this important these strategic products for Moxa.
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is a subject matter expert for the assigned products and is the key marketing interface between Key Account Sales, Business Development, Regional Marketing, and the Product Management teams.
The PMM is responsible for coordinating all MOXA resources needed to effectively manage the assigned product line for the local RBU market and provide Product Management with voice of the customer and market information for assessing competitors and opportunities.
The PMM will position the assigned product lines both internally and externally for growth and market share gain while working closely with Moxa sales team, channel partners and key customers.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Manage and retain relationships with existing channels/distributors, and Key Account / Preferred Account clients. Increase client base.
Work closely with Product Management to support and lead, as required, complex systems projects or enhancements to systems, requiring integration across business units or platforms.
Responsible for driving awareness, reputation, and demand for Moxa products to equip sales to achieve revenue and opportunity pipeline results.
Delivering product and technology insights aggregated across all sales teams and channels.
May take hybrid-BDM responsibilities to seed market prior to dedicated sales resources being in place.
Identify market and technology trends within the industrial marketplace and target vertical markets in which emerging standards, customer needs, and the competitive market landscape.
Provide comprehensive industry, product, and application knowledge to support the success and growth of the IW and applicable vertical markets.
Create and lead training and sales presentation materials. Responsible for training company sales and channel sales personnel on technology and product lines, targeted vertical markets, and applications within the markets.
Work closely with the marketing communications group to help set and coordinate the local Regional Business Unit (RBU) product promotion strategies and establishing respective promotional activities. Highlight customer testimonials and success stories per market segment.
Develop and align RBU business plans with Industrial Wireless (IW) business plans during annual business planning workshops. Act as liaison between RBU and IW to ensure that both parties are up to date on the current business status and are aligned on business strategies.
Provide regular feedback to product management and engineering to improve usability, supportability, and quality of the product from a customer point of view.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar engineering major. MS degree is a plus.
Cellular/Wi-Fi technology and/or cybersecurity certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience working in wireless communications (IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi and/or Cellular networks)
Technical background and experience in Private 5G deployments is preferred.
Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
Domestic and international travel will be required. Will equate to ~25%.

Total Cash Compensation Range (ncluding base salary + variable compensation): 150,000-225,000 USD depending on candidate qualifications and geography.
