Trintech is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to advance our goal of bringing intuitive Financial Close solutions to market, and help our customers transform their financial processes.

We’re creating new solutions, enhancing our existing solutions and incorporating greater degrees of data and customer feedback into product messaging, while growing the business. As a leader within our Product Marketing team, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will focus on mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their professional goals, while also crafting compelling messaging and collateral, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer adoption.
You will serve as a strategic thinker who possesses a deep understanding of financial processes and will be the voice of the customer, working closely with your counterparts in product management while supporting a wide variety of creative activities that drive awareness, understanding, and growth across internal and external audiences.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Oversee the development of articulate, clear, and compelling value propositions for our financial close software.
Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Market Research and Analysis:
Direct and conduct market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Use data-driven analysis to refine marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Leadership and Coaching:
Lead, mentor, and inspire fellow team-members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on project management, professional development, and individual career growth.
Content Strategy and Creation:
Collaborate with the team to create high-quality marketing content, including collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Sales & Campaign Enablement:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective enablement materials such as sales tools, presentations, and training.
Provide strategic guidance on how to position and communicate product value to prospective and current customers.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for product launches, new releases, and upgrades - ensuring a coordinated and impactful introduction to the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to drive successful product launches.
Customer Advocacy:
Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can provide testimonials, participate in case studies, and contribute to other marketing initiatives.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
7 years’ experience in product marketing at a SaaS company.
Accounting or Finance industry knowledge desirable.
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Ability to coach and influence team members.
Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Passion for understanding internal & external customers, their problems, and experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to tell a great story and set a compelling vision.
