Your Role, Knowledge and Experience

The on site Marketing Director plans, organizes and directs Old Fort Bank's marketing function. Ensures that marketing objectives and plans support the overall business goals and objectives. Directs the activities in the following areas: market research, advertising and promotion campaigns, and new product development.

Requirements

  • Responsible for coordinating the bank's Social Media efforts. Monitors Bank social media sites for client service issues and ensures that appropriate response is posted in a timely manner. Designs, develops and manages implementation of written and graphical content for website and other social media platforms to provide information on products and services. Determines content and optimal delivery via internet media.
  • Assists in the coordination and execution of the bank's marketing, communications, and public relations.
  • Coordinates promotions, facilitates and prepares news releases and coordinates activities with media and community organizations.
  • Has deep knowledge of the available services the bank offers and bank operations. Must be familiar with financial institution products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or consumer-related studies, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year in banking, one year in direct sales, one year in publishing or five years of marketing experience.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
