About Us: High Point Climbing And Fitness is a premier climbing gym company with 7 locations in Tennessee and Alabama, and an exciting new gym opening in Orlando, Florida in Spring 2025. We are dedicated to providing top-notch climbing experiences, fitness programs, and community events. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and drive strategic revenue growth across our expanding network of gyms.

Position Overview: The Marketing Director will play a critical role in strategically growing revenue across our eight climbing gyms. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, sales, and leadership skills to effectively promote our brand, attract new customers, and retain existing members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, the ability to be part of an existing team, and add to our company culture. Graphic design skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue and membership growth across all gym locations.
  • Oversee assistant, the Marketing Manager.
  • Create and execute campaigns to increase day pass traffic, youth programs, membership sales, and event participation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Coordinate with management team to ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts across all locations.
  • Travel periodically to visit gym locations and assess local marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Design and produce (or delegate) marketing materials as needed (graphic design skills are a plus).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fitness or recreation industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to company's gyms in TN, AL, and FL.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Performance bonus: Up to 15% of salary
  • Paid Time Off (PTO), also 6 company holidays.
  • 50/50 company healthcare plan or equal amount to personal plan of your choosing.
